•	You contact Integral Landscapes.
•	We visit you to discuss your ideas (no charge).
•	If you don't have a plan or scope of works we will provide an estimate to prepare these documents.
•	A deposit is paid before the design phase commences.

Design
•	Concept plans are prepared and discussed with you, until a final landscape design is agreed.
•	Final payment for design is made.
•	Construction quote is prepared.
•	Scope of works are agreed and contracts are signed.
•	A deposit is paid when contracts are signed.

Construction
•	Our Foreman is introduced to you.
•	Construction phase begins, with regular progress claims made.
•	Once you are absolutely delighted with your new garden, a handover is performed by our Project Manager.
•	The final payment is made.
•	Integral Landscapes will follow up to ensure you are completely satisfied.
